There will be a board meeting on Sept 4th at 9am. This will be the continuance of last Wednesday’s attempt. There will be an official recall determination declared along with the agenda grocery list to discuss.

It just might be a good idea to invite someone from the Cowen group to sit in. Or the mayor, maybe the governor. Maybe you can discuss the less sensitive subject first. No audience participation till the end.

They need to show proof of dates and who attended any secret meetings.

The letter was signed by Dennis Sullivan not any other BOD.

Disrespect-hmmm how much more disrespectful can one be when PB interrupts and bullies others.

Show proof where any usurping of authority.

Non employees use of heavy equipment. This was approved by the previous BOD.

I hear the voices of the owners through the new BOD.

The BOD up for recall had nothing to do with the list of performance issues.

Mr. Hansen has been nothing but assertive and wanting to get answers.

Mr. McBride functions just fine without anyone's support. Pretty sladerous statement.

In Mr. Peterson's defense, there was certainly alot of backpeddling going on with the GM after this fiasco, especially when the GM offered him the job after he was 'let go'.

There has never been any comment made by any BOD about replacing Aramark.

The developer of Outdoor Resorts had negotiated with LMWD to provide the water and sewer lines at LMWD expense, in exchange for the additional water and sewer revenues to be generated by the development.

Do hope these decisions are of the positive nature. The five sane and sensible BODs need to get on with the work of making LIV a better place to live.

Leroy ,he had enough he's just biding his time. And then there's PB the one that needs attention. She needs a hug.
Tomorrow should be the finally episode of the SGG. They should be thanked by the GM for their efforts and say goodbye!.

I'm sure the board has a game plan of some sort Thursday . I hope it's respectful. Be above the rest in leadership. Keep your cool JP..EM your the peace maker, RH the debater , choose your discussions.

Welcome Villagers

The monitoring of the 2010 Board will continue. There were again some discrepancies from last year and at the start of this year by the Board President. I am happy to say there is positive change with our new management.
This blog more than ever will try to further the transparency of all issues and reveal any half truths. If you are a concerned owner, either past or present, feel free to comment.
