OCTOBER SUGGESTIONS

If our BOD's are that dysfunctional, that they can not operate day
day matters in the Village, this would be an alternative. Or our park would fall apart.

I believe if Reta Prist was told to go away, the existing board would work things out. They can go into a closed meeting and not come out till they resloved these issues.
If all above fail.. The judge could order management to leave and all board members to leave and a new election will take place!

Think about.

Well, folks some of us do not have channel 2. Some of us folks are still up north. Do you think the BOD Prez Sullivan could ask that this info be posted on our LIV web site...you know the one that has the newsletters etc. That would really be nice and helpful. Perhaps this site messed up too due to the "hacker". Hey Larry, maybe you should let the FBI know about this problem!

I for one would really like to see any report that was filed with the FBI - otherwise it will be just like "Security License is in the mail". Maybe I am wrong.

Never the less the BOD's are talking at each other and not to each other. Its a problem no doubt. At this stage of the game I don't believe the BOD should be voting on or for anything. No new rules either. Just obey the court order.

I do believe the entire board should be present at the meetings. Its only 5 more months folks. NO NEW BUSINESS! Just enjoy yourself for the time being.

These matters at hand ,should not just fade into the night. The night casts shadows.
There should be a legal resolution.

Some LIV residents took on a feat, may it be for or against ,pro's and con's, right or wrong. It was done! There was a beginning a middle and now we need an end. No one here will be a winner or loser
Just participants, who needed a to be heard.

No board is invincible!

Apparently at the end of last week there was a meeting between Cowan, his people and some of ours to discuss the Cowan law suit. The BOD members were President Sullivan and PB. It also included the GM, Larry Demalade and some
other man (name not mentioned). What in the HECK was the GM doing at this meeting? Village legal matters are not in the GM job description as far as any of us know. It seems a couple of the other BOD members should have
been included, at the very least VP Young. If President Sullivan is not in the village then the VP has to step in and handle things and should know all the facts.

Maybe what some of us have heard is just a rumor, but it sure doesn’t seem like it.

The passed board of directors, dh and company, pb and company, where mostly under ld watch. ld is a salesmen. He sold them all, Just sit back, give me your money and watch me work! The new board wants a change. WOULD YOU WANT SOMEONE TO NTERFERE WITH YOUR UNLIMTED BANK ACCOUNT?
The past BOD will not save the WORLD.. The people will put us back on track.

We needed people like Pam K , rp ,JV,DF. People who believe in their cause. They might not have the support of the people.. But they make enough of noise that people sit up and take notice.

Joey, you record all of the meetings. Can't the village pay for a transcriptionist - a professional - to write down the true and real minutes?

Welcome Villagers

The monitoring of the 2010 Board will continue. There were again some discrepancies from last year and at the start of this year by the Board President. I am happy to say there is positive change with our new management.
This blog more than ever will try to further the transparency of all issues and reveal any half truths. If you are a concerned owner, either past or present, feel free to comment.
