It looks like the laying of Time Warner cable has started inside our Village. They were at the gate keeper’s building working their way down the road to the first stop sign. Git er done. Keep you posted.

Anonymous said...: The policies of the old guard serving the board and current management have a lot to do with this. The old guard still wishes to serve you and also in looking after the interest of Aramark management. In this instance it was management paying the cable company the monthly residents usage instead of the full 1024 lots hooked up for use. This had been done for years. Now that we are replacing Arroyo, they want to be paid for those years of what could have been used, all 1024 lots. With management being involved you might want to worry.; Oct 21, 2008, 10:52:00 AM

Anonymous said...: MND and the new BOD members are doing what our GM is supposed to be doing. She went about getting bids professionally & then followed up. She did this for security & the cable. Our GM should take a lesson from her. I have to disagree with who ever said our BOD is not getting anything done. The new BOD's "are" getting things done in spite of the resistance from our GM & the rubber stampers. The new BOD members are getting things done the correct way.; Oct 25, 2008, 1:10:00 PM

Well it's impossible to make sure the GM is doing his job when most of the BOD can't talk to him! Maybe if we had a GM that one could work with then things would be different. The current GM needs to go and soon!! The BODs do NOT
want to manage LIV. They want a manager that is truthful and competent. We currently do not have that.; Nov 2, 2008, 4:16:00 PM

Welcome Villagers

The monitoring of the 2010 Board will continue. There were again some discrepancies from last year and at the start of this year by the Board President. I am happy to say there is positive change with our new management.
This blog more than ever will try to further the transparency of all issues and reveal any half truths. If you are a concerned owner, either past or present, feel free to comment.
