2010 ELECTIONS, NOTHING’S CHANGED.
The same Board members were re-elected, Bill Gagan 379, Anita White 346, and Jose Guerra 346. The other candidates were Virginia Martin 245 and Patty Ann Sandberg 234. All cabinet positions stayed the same.

Yes, once again it will be the PB show if the owners of LIV do not share their opinions with the Board of Directors.
Call, write, and e mail your concerns. If we don't tell them how will they know how we feel?
How about we impeach PB? Ho do we do it?!

Once again our board members proved they are gutless and when they say they are there to represent the people and you need to let them know your feelings that is just idle talk to get you off their back. They are in this to bow to PB. Thanks guys.
Look at the # of votes for each person: BG 379; JG 349; AW 349: VM 245; PS 234 and then realize that some of us escalated those winning #'s by voting for three instead of just two candidates. I hope we remember to think before voting next year.
And no one had the guts to make a moton from the floor that PB removed. Oh well, then no one has a right to complain, do they? They just keep waiting for a miracle to occur, but are too scared to take action to make it happen. LIVE WITH IT!

Do you really think that your energy is well spent composing snide comments? I'm sure you have more to offer LIV than that.
A motion from the floor would do no good as it would take a majority vote to remove her and we all know there is not a majority in attendance at the meeting. I feel sorry for the person attempting to do that as well. He or she would pay the price as the bully would never leave them alone. Just wait long enough and she will get you too.
I'm not real up on my rules, so I'm curious. What would be the grounds for "impeaching/removing" Pat Burke from the board? I don't think you can do it because you don't like her and she annoys you. As I said, just curious.

Yes, any director can be removed with or without cause with 51% of total owners' affirmative votes.

Then the owners should start putting the heat on and demand that the Directors remove her from office. They can't remove her from the Board, they can take away the office of President with a majority vote (5 directors).
According to the By-Laws, any officer "may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by the Board of Directors".
Two other people were nominated to be president and they declined.

Every time I visit this blog (less and less often) I find it to be a lot of stuff from people who are angry, bored, and need a life. Sorry for you. There is so much in LIV to be happy about. Sorry you are missing it all.
