My comments to improve the appearance of the village. I rode my golf cart around the park looking for landscaping ideas. I have never seen so many weedy flower beds and unkept property in my life! 2 golf carts on a lot with flat tires that can never be driven. A rusty old freezer on one. Another golf cart falling to pieces. We used to have a board member and another person ride the park monthly reporting unkept lots. What is wrong with that idea. It's embarrassing to show people around. Yes, the common grounds have improved, but let's pay attention to detail!
Who is The Village voice? Irecived a post card today from them & it said to go to it with their address on the net but it didn't work. So who is it & what is their deal ?
The monitoring of the 2010 Board will continue. There were again some discrepancies from last year and at the start of this year by the Board President. I am happy to say there is positive change with our new management.
This blog more than ever will try to further the transparency of all issues and reveal any half truths. If you are a concerned owner, either past or present, feel free to comment.
If you disagree on an issue, that’s ok, you have the right to voice your opinion. Comments containing vulgar language, racism, invalid promotions, or something that appears to be nothing more than a personal vendetta will not be posted. Please refrain from trivial back and forth bickering for it serves no one.

I got one too. It's not a web site, it's an e-mail address if you want to respond.
I would like to have the email address.
joey, what was the storm that went thru? high winds caused some damage? Bud
Bud, it was the usual 40-55 mph gust rain storm out of the west that dumped a lot of rain in a short period of time.
The e-mail address for the Village Voice is: thevillagevoice@msn.com
