A TIDBIT

On August the fourth there was a massive puddle of water adjacent to Mr. Freeland’s property at the intersection of Garcia and our Village only exit. Our workers took quite a while to fix a water line that feeds his home. My understanding is that our Village provides Village water to him at no charge. I feel that’s very generous for a person who has had issues with our Village in the past.

Armando should make a bill out from LIV for the hours OUR employees took
to fix the problem. He should be charged a monthly set fee because he is not here very often. $30. sounds
reasonable to me.

re: Armando should

And he should take care of the pool water problems!

You think Halback would have enough common no how to make sure its taken care of why in the hell do these people run for office for?

It is not Armando's responsibility to take care of the pools. It is Berry Pool's responsibility. It is the Board's responsibility to SEE THAT Berry Pool does it's job. Since they thought their contract needed to be renewed we should be asking the Board why our pools are in such a mess.

So now you're saying that condition and maintenance of the pools is NOT the responsibility of Management? Isn't oversight of the pools in the Aramark contract?

Interesting...especially how much hell management was given over pool problems previously.

NOTICE to new Aramark GM - don't worry or spend ANY effort about the condition of pools because according to the previous blogger, it apparently is NOT Aramark's responsibility! And Aramark will be happy to hear that they are not responsible for the pools!

I thought Freeland had his own water meter installed? Anyway, any work LIV does for his water or sprinklers should be charged to him, and water charges if he's not on his own meter, like the first poster mentioned!

I wish someone would get the facts on this water situation with Freeland and not be blogging rumors! There are already too many rumors going around in this park.

Was the Freeland water incident discussed at this month's coffee or board meeting?
